Daily 15 minutes in the kitchen- Penne with spinach for Two

 

Penne 500 g/3 --> 166,66 gr

Baby spinach 100 g

Cream 30 % 3 x table spoon

2 garlic cloves

Mozarella  125gr/2 --> 62,5 gr

Salt, Pepper, Olive oil

Pick a pot. Boil 1 L + water and add salt - demitasse spoon. As soon as its boiling throw penne into it. Pick Garlic cloves and cut into fine dice ("fine") . Turn on the stove, put a frying pan on it, splash olive oil -as much as you feel. Garlic goes first. Clean and dry baby spinach. Leaves join slightly burned garlic on the pan. 1/3 of demitasse spoon of salt and the same for black pepper. We are almost done. 10 min later.

Spinach always needs something white. We add 3 table spoons (or more) of 30 % fat cream and pieces of mozarella. We take al dente penne out and throw on the pan with spinach.
